The Caregivers are wonderful and very attentive to their clients. “My Mom had terminal cancer, and lived by herself in the Apartment. Me and my other siblings decided to reachout to J&D Private Home Care to arrange for coverage for times that our family could not be with her. From our first meeting with Gerry to my sister’s Celebration of Life after she died, J&D Private Home Care went above and beyond. This agency has professional staff, empathetic, and genuinely caring. Unfortunately, Our Mom passed on earlier than we expected, but the J & D Private Home Care Staff “caregivers” provided great service to our mom during the time she was alive. All the caregivers fit into our caregiving seamlessly, without a lot of instructions. They were able to coax our mom to eat and drink more than we were able to. And they were upbeat and kind. And after she died, Gerry came to her internment. I recommend J&D Private Home Care enthusiastically to anyone who needs care for their loved ones.”
“I truly cannot say enough great things about J&D Private Home Care and their staff members “Godfrey and Nasser. I used them 3 years ago after my 90 year old mom had a fall, and they were great. But over the past years, my now 93 year old mom has been having memory issues and we needed to identify help for 12 hours overnight and 5 daytime hours at her assisted living place. I expected this would take at least a few days to arrange, but the day I called, they got someone there that evening, and continued with uninterrupted staffing for about 3 weeks until we moved into a memory care unit. They are very easy to work with. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!“
“The staff of the J & D Private Home Care were simply angels in their help and support of both (1) my mom who had Alzheimer’s for many years and (2) our family. They cared for mom like she was their own mother, talking to her, reading to her, playing music, singing together, fed her, making sure she got exercise and fresh air, ensured that all of her personal care elements (showering, hair washing, etc.) were taken care of properly and safely. And, the staff also kept us fully apprised of how she was doing and if they noted changes in her demeanor or physical status. I CANNOT RECOMMEND MORE HIGHLY, THIS WONDERFUL TEAM. “Molly took care of my 96 year old mother for about a year and half, showing up every morning, and then again in the evening, to help her with ADL such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation and light housekeeping. When my mother needed overnight care, Molly spent the night on a cot, which she brought with her. Molly possesses the most important qualities that I wanted in a caregiver: kindness and reliability. She always showed up, always on time and her good nature, patience and willingness to adapt to my mother’s declining cognitive abilities made their time together enjoyable for my mother. In addition to all her other qualitie, she has a background in nursing, so she was able to monitor my mothers blood pressure and edema. I highly recommend J&D Private Home Care!”

“Jackie was so great for my Mom. Thank You Jackie. She cared for my mom for over 4 years. My Mom was getting more and more with dementia. Jackie knew my mom so well. She would help mom in the bathroom. She was overnight when needed before my mom moved to 24/7 care in a facility. But I was so happy I hired her for a schedule several hours a day. This was a permanent schedule, so when I needed her for different times , when she could,she did. I was never left out because of times. Jackie found time and I re arranged times so we could get what needed to be done. Jackie is so friendly, quite capable and trained in the needs my mom needed. My mom died at 97 but we took her to museums, played games, ate at these museums. As a daughter I didn’t understand when my mom’s behaviour was strange to me, but Jackie would tell me this is her mood for a time being because of the growing memory loss. As a child w and being my background is Accounting not Nursing and Healthcare I could not understand anything, But Jackie could explain to me so would feel better . I would 100% with passion recommend Jackie and the agency she works for “J&D Private Home Care”.”
